Commerce does not need to be complicated. In many parts of the world, the most natural way to buy something is to have a conversation — to ask questions, negotiate, and build trust through dialogue.
The WhatsApp Ordering Platform takes this insight and builds a tool around it. Instead of forcing sellers into complex e-commerce systems, it meets them where they already are — in conversation.
This project explores what commerce looks like when it is built around human interaction rather than shopping carts and checkout flows.
